Of the funds appropriated by this Act under each of the headings General Administration—Salaries and Expenses , United States Marshals Service—Salaries and Expenses , Federal Bureau of Investigation—Salaries and Expenses , Drug Enforcement Administration—Salaries and Expenses , and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries and Expenses , $20,000,000 shall not be available for obligation until the Attorney General demonstrates to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate that all recommendations included in the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Justice, Evaluation and Inspections Division Report 15–04 entitled The Handling of Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Allegations by the Department’s Law Enforcement Components , dated March, 2015, have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented.
The Inspector General of the Department of Justice shall report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act on the status of the Department’s implementation of recommendations included in the report specified in subsection (a).
