Section 731 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The activities of the Government Accountability Office may, in the reasonable discretion of the Comptroller General, be carried out by receiving details of personnel from other offices of the Federal Government on a reimbursable, partially-reimbursable, or nonreimbursable basis. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2016 and each succeeding fiscal year.
