Section 205 of the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2016 ( Public Law 114–113 ; 129 Stat. 2242), is amended— in paragraph (2)— by striking feasibility studies described in clauses (i)(II) and (ii)(I) and inserting feasibility study described in clause (i)(II) ; and by striking such studies and inserting such study ; by redesignating paragraphs
(3)and
(4)as paragraphs
(4)and (5), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: not later than November 30, 2017, complete and submit to the appropriate committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate the feasibility study described in section 103(d)(1)(A)(ii)(I) of the Calfed Bay-Delta Authorization Act ( Public Law 108–361 ; 118 Stat. 1684); .
