Section 1862(b)(5) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395y(b)(5) ) is amended by inserting at the end the following new subparagraph: The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to information required to be provided on or after July 1, 2016. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and shall apply to information required to be provided on or after January 1, 2016.
