Section 1925 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–6 ) is amended— by striking subsection (f); and by redesignating subsection
(g)as subsection (f). Section 1902(e)(1) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a(e)(1) ) is amended to read as follows: Beginning April 1, 1990, for provisions relating to the extension of eligibility for medical assistance for certain families who have received aid pursuant to a State plan approved under part A of title IV and have earned income, see section 1925. .
