Section 10503(b)(1)(E) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(1)(E) ) is amended by striking for fiscal year 2015 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2017 . Section 10503(b)(2)(E) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(2)(E) ) is amended by striking for fiscal year 2015 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2017 . Section 340H(g) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256h(g) ) is amended by inserting and $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 and 2017 before the period at the end.
Amounts appropriated pursuant to this section for fiscal year 2016 and fiscal year 2017 are subject to the requirements contained in Public Law 113–235 for funds for programs authorized under sections 330 through 340 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–256 ).
