Section 1139A(e)(8) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–9a(e)(8)) is amended by inserting , and $10,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2016 and 2017 after 2014 . Section 1139A(i) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–9a(i)) is amended in the first sentence by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and there is appropriated for the period of fiscal years 2016 and 2017, $20,000,000 for the purpose of carrying out this section (other than subsections (e), (f), and (g)) .
