Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A) ) is amended— by striking clause (vi); and by adding after clause

(v)the following new clause: $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2017. .
