Section 5545a of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Subsections
(a)through
(h)of this section shall apply to a law enforcement officer of the Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. . Section 8331(3)(E) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in clause (i), by striking or at the end; in clause (ii), by adding or at the end; and by adding after clause
(ii)the following: received by a law enforcement officer of the Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, subject to all restrictions and earning limitations imposed on criminal investigators under section 5545a; . The amendments made by this section shall be effective as of the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
