Nothing in this Act, including the amendments made by this Act, shall be construed to affect— the authorities under section 566 of title 28, United States Code; the authority of any Federal law enforcement agency other than the Federal Protective Service; or any authority of the Federal Protective Service not specifically enumerated by this Act that is in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act.
