Section 1705(d)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking of an amount as follows: and all that follows through the end and inserting of an amount of not less than $500,000,000. ; and in subparagraph (D), by striking an amount that is less than and all that follows through the end and inserting an amount that is less than $400,000,000. . Section 1705(g) of such title is amended— by striking paragraph (2); by striking and all that follows through Authority.— For purposes of in paragraph
