Section 832(c) of title 10, United States Code (article 32(c) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended— by inserting
(1)after ; and Report of Results .— by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The report prepared under paragraph
(1)shall be provided to the victim, without charge, at the same time as the report is delivered to the accused. .
