Section 524(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3361; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended— by striking and at the end of paragraph (1); by striking the period at the end of paragraph

(2)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: measure the combat readiness of combat units, including special operations forces. .
