Section 533 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 10 U.S.C. prec. 701 note) is further amended— by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(m)as subsections
(b)through (k), respectively; and in subsections (b)(1), (d), and (f)(3)(D) (as so redesignated), by striking subsection
(e)each place it appears and inserting subsection
(c).
