Sec. 3134. Assessments on nuclear proliferation risks and nuclear nonproliferation opportunities

Not later than March 1, 2016, and each year thereafter through 2020, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report, consistent with the provision of classified information and intelligence sources and methods, containing— an assessment and prioritization of international nuclear proliferation risks and nuclear nonproliferation opportunities; and an assessment of the effectiveness of various means and programs for addressing such risks and opportunities.
In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the congressional defense committees; the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate; and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives and the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate.
