Subsection
(a)of section 1208 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( Public Law 108–375 ; 118 Stat. 2086), as most recently amended by section 1208(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3541), is further amended by striking $75,000,000 and inserting $100,000,000 . Subsection (f)(1) of such section 1208, as most recently amended by section 1202(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2512), is further amended by striking 120 days and inserting 30 days and not later than 180 days . The amendments made by subsections
(a)and
(b)take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and apply with respect to each fiscal year that begins on or after such date of enactment.
