Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report on the following: Turkey’s bilateral and multilateral efforts to combat the flow of foreign fighters through its country into Syria. Turkey’s relationship with Hamas, including its harboring of leaders of Hamas. The efforts of Turkey to fight terrorism, including Turkey’s military and humanitarian role in the anti-ISIS coalition.
