Section 179 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (g). Section 1821(b) of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 ( 50 U.S.C. 2911 ) is amended— by striking

(2)and (3). Section 1282 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 22 U.S.C. 5951 note) is amended— by striking subsection (a); and by redesignating subsections
(b)and
(c)as subsections
(a)and (b), respectively. Section 1072 of the National Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 50 U.S.C. 3043 note) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b).
