Section 333(d)(1)(A) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking $35,000 and inserting $50,000 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on January 1, 2016, and shall apply with respect to agreements entered into under section 333 of title 37, United States Code, on or after that date.
