Section 403(b)(3)(B) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking one percent and inserting five percent . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on January 1, 2016, and shall apply with respect to computations of monthly amounts of basic allowance for housing inside the United States that occur for years beginning on or after that date.
