Subparagraph
(A)of section 1142(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting continuous after first 180 . Such section is further amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: For purposes of subparagraph (A), the term active duty does not include full-time training duty, annual training duty, and attendance, while in the active military service, at a school designated as a service school by law or by the Secretary of the military department concerned. .
