Section 2811 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (d), by inserting or 75 percent of the estimated cost of a military construction project to replace the facility, or the facility is located at an overseas location that has not been designated a main operating base or forward operating site after in excess of $7,500,000 ; by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (f); and by inserting after subsection
(d)the following new subsection: The congressional notification requirement under subsection
(d)does not apply to a repair project costing less than $1,000,000. .
