Sec. 1645. Availability of Air Force procurement funds for certain commercial off-the-shelf parts for intercontinental ballistic missile fuzes

Notwithstanding section 1502(a) of title 31, United States Code, of the amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2016 by section 101 and available for Missile Procurement, Air Force, as specified in the funding table in section 4101, $13,700,000 shall be available for the procurement of covered parts pursuant to contracts entered into under section 1645 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3651). In this section, the term covered parts has the meaning given that term in section 1645(c) of such Act.
