Not later than March 1, 2016, and each year thereafter, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees each of the following: The most current Munitions Assessments, as defined by Department of Defense Instruction Number 3000.04, relating to the Department of Defense munitions process. The most current Sufficiency Assessments, as defined by that Department of Defense Instruction. The most current approved memorandum of the Joint Requirements Oversight Council resulting from the Munitions Requirements Process (MRP).
