(A)of paragraph
(8)of section 138(b) of title 10, United States Code, as amended by section 901(h)(2) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. YYYY), is amended— by striking periodically ; by striking the major defense acquisition programs and inserting each major defense acquisition program ; by inserting before the Milestone B approval for that program after Department of Defense ; and by striking such reviews and assessments and inserting such review and assessment . Subparagraph
(B)of such paragraph is amended by inserting for which a Milestone B approval occurred during the preceding fiscal year after Department of Defense .
