Section 403(b)(3)(B) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking may not exceed one percent. and inserting the following: “may not exceed the following: One percent for months occurring during 2015. Two percent for months occurring during 2016. Three percent for months occurring during 2017. Four percent for months occurring during 2018. Five percent for months occurring after 2018. .
