Section 2374a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection (e); and by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (e). Section 528 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1725) is repealed. Section 1535(a) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 124 Stat. 4426) is amended by striking paragraph (6). Public Law 110–417 Section 335 of the Duncan Hunter Nation Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4422; 10 U.S.C. 2911 note) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 723 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4508) is amended by striking (d). Section 904(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 275) is amended by striking paragraph (3). Section 218 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 ( Public Law 109–364 ; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended— in subsection (d), by striking paragraph (4); and by striking subsection (f). Section 513(h) of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( Public Law 108–375 ; 118 Stat. 1882; 10 U.S.C. 10101 note) is amended— by striking paragraph (2); and by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2). Section 351 of the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 ( Public Law 107–314 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note) is hereby repealed.
