Section 886 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting and except as provided in subsection (d), after subsection (b), ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: The requirements of this section shall not apply to any product that is included in the procurement list described in section 8503(a) of title 41. . Section 801 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2400) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting and except as provided in subsection (h), after subsection (b), ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection:
The requirements of this section shall not apply to any product that is included in the procurement list described in section 8503(a) of title 41. . Section 1263 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by inserting and except as provided in subsection (g), after subsection (c), ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: The requirements of this section shall not apply to any product that is included in the procurement list described in section 8503(a) of title 41. .
