Sec. 854. Amendments to certain acquisition thresholds

Section 134 of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking $100,000 and inserting $500,000 . Section 1902(a) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking $3,000 and inserting $5,000 . Section 1903(b)(2) of title 41, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking $250,000 and inserting $750,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $1,000,000 and inserting $1,500,000 . Section 15(j)(1) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 644(j)(1) ) is amended by striking $100,000 and inserting $500,000 . Subsection
(a)shall not apply to a covered item as defined in subparagraphs of (B), (C), (D), or
(E)of section 2533a(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code.
