Sec. 814. Requirement for acquisition skills assessment biennial strategic workforce plan

Section 115b(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (E); in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; and by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following: new or expanded critical skills and competencies needed by the existing civilian employee workforce of the Department to address new acquisition process requirements established by law or policy during the four years preceding the year of submission of the plan; and . Section 115b of such title is further amended— in subparagraph
(E)of subsection (b)(1), as redesignated by subsection (a)(1), by striking
(C)and inserting
(D); in paragraph
(2)of subsection (b), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking (1)(D) and inserting (1)(E) ; and in paragraph (2)(A) of each of subsections (c), (d), and (e), by striking through
(D)and inserting through
(E).
