Section 732(c)(3) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( 10 U.S.C. 1097a note) is amended to read as follows: Except as provided by subparagraph (B), an affected eligible beneficiary may not make the one-time election under paragraph
(1)if, at the time of such election, the beneficiary does not reside— in a ZIP code that is in a region described in subsection (d)(1)(B); and within 100 miles of a military medical treatment facility. Subparagraph (A)(ii) shall not apply with respect to an affected eligible beneficiary who— as of December 25, 2013, resides farther than 100 miles from a military medical treatment facility; and is such an eligible beneficiary by reason of service in the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps. . Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 1406 for the Defense Health Program, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4501, is hereby increased by $4,000,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amounts authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance, Navy, Line 040, Air Operations and Safety Support, MV–22 Fleet Engineering Support Unfunded Requirement, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, is hereby reduced by $4,000,000.
