Section 320 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)(2), by inserting a subordinate Job Training and Post-Service Placement Executive Committee, before and such other committees ; by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Job Training and Post-Service Placement Executive Committee described in subsection (b)(2) shall— review existing policies, procedures, and practices of the Departments (including the military departments) with respect to job training and post-service placement programs; and identify changes to such policies, procedures, and practices to improve job training and post-service placement. ; and in subsection (d)(2), by inserting , including with respect to job training and post-service placement before the period at the end.
