Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force shall conduct a business case analysis of the decision to maintain 10 C-130J aircraft at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. Such analysis shall include consideration of— any efficiencies or cost savings that would be achieved by transferring such aircraft to Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas; any effects of such decision on the operation of the air mobility command; and the short-term and long-term costs of maintaining such aircraft at Keesler Air Force Base.
