(c)as subsections
(a)and (b), respectively. Section 1072 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 50 U.S.C. 3043 note) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
