Chapter 9 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking section 228. The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by striking the item relating to section 228. Section 7431 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (c). Chapter 1013 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking section 10542. The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by striking the item relating to section 10542. Section 922 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 2224 note) is amended by striking subsection (f).
Section 892 of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 ( Public Law 111–383 ; 10 U.S.C. 2306a ) is repealed. Section 351 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 123 Stat. 2262) is amended by striking subsection (b). Section 358 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (c). Section 958 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 297) is repealed. Section 343 of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (as enacted into law by Public Law 106–398 ; 10 U.S.C. 4551 note) is amended by striking subsection (g). Section 345 of the Strom Thurmond National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 ( Public Law 105–261 ; 112 Stat. 1978) is amended— by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (d). Section 8104 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2014 (Division C of Public Law 113–76 ) is repealed. Section 8105 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2013 (Division C of Public Law 113–6 ) is repealed. Section 806 of the David L. Boren National Security Education Act of 1991 (title VIII of Public Law 102–183 ; 50 U.S.C. 1906 ) is repealed.
