Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report on the Technology Readiness Levels
(TRLs)of the technologies and capabilities critical to the Long Range Strike Bomber aircraft. Not later than 60 days after the report of the Secretary is submitted under subsection (a), the Comptroller General of the United States shall review the report and submit to the congressional defense committees an assessment of the matters contained in the report.
