Section 1205(d) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking for fiscal year 2015 and all that follows through section 4301 and inserting for fiscal year 2015 or 2016 for the Department of Defense for operation and maintenance ; and by inserting , in such fiscal year before the period; and in paragraph (2), by striking for fiscal year 2015 and inserting for a fiscal year specified in that paragraph .
