Section 601 of the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 (sec. 7–2506.01, D.C. Official Code) is amended by striking
(a)No person and all that follows and inserting the following: No person who is prohibited by Federal law from possessing a firearm shall possess ammunition in the District of Columbia. .
