Sec. 122. Exclusive jurisdiction over causes and claims relating to covered oil and natural gas activities

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any Federal action approving any covered oil and natural gas activity shall be subject to judicial review only— in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit; and after the person filing a petition seeking such judicial review has exhausted all available administrative remedies with respect to such Federal action.
