Nothing in this title may be construed to affect the authority of Ginnie Mae, as in effect on the date of the enactment of this Act, to guarantee securities under section 306 of the National Housing Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1721 ), including securities based on or backed by mortgages for multifamily housing insured under title II of the National Housing Act or for hospitals, nursing homes, intermediate care facilities, board and care homes, or assisted living facilities, insured under such title.
