Section 302(a)(1) ( 16 U.S.C. 1852(a) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), in the second sentence— by striking 18 and inserting 19 ; and by inserting before the period at the end and a liaison who is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to represent the interests of fisheries under the jurisdiction of such Council ; and in subparagraph (B), in the second sentence— by striking 21 and inserting 22 ; and by inserting before the period at the end and a liaison who is a member of the New England Fishery Management Council to represent the interests of fisheries under the jurisdiction of such Council .
