Section 105 of the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 ( 43 U.S.C. 1331 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— in the heading for paragraph (1), by striking and inserting 2016 ; and 2015 in subparagraph (A), by striking and inserting 2016 ; 2015 in subsection (b)(2)— in the heading for paragraph (1), by striking and inserting 2017 ; and 2016 in subparagraph (A), by striking and inserting 2017 ; and 2016 in subsection (f)(1), by inserting before the period , except that such amount shall increase by $250,000,000 upon the issuance of each 5-year oil and gas leasing program under section 18 of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act ( . 43 U.S.C. 1344 )
