Section 235(b) of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 ( 8 U.S.C. 1232(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking 48 hours and inserting 7 days ; and in paragraph (3), by striking 72 hours and inserting 30 days .
