Section 2(b)(1)(E) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635(b)(1)(E) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 30 months after the date of the enactment of this clause, the Bank shall implement policies to accept electronic documents whenever possible, including copies of bills of lading, certifications, and compliance documents, in such a manner as will not undermine any potential civil or criminal enforcement related to the transaction. Not later than 30 months after the date of the enactment of this clause, the Bank shall implement policies to accept electronic payments in all of its programs. .
