Section 8 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635g ), as amended by sections 203, 204(b), and 207(b) of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Bank shall include in its annual report to the Congress under subsection (a), the total number of Bank employees who are required to file a financial disclosure statement pursuant to the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, a clear and concise summary of the financial disclosure requirements that apply to Bank employees, and a summary of the rights of the public to access financial disclosures made by Bank employees. .
