This Resolution shall take effect on the date of the adoption of this Resolution. The Select Committee shall terminate 60 days after the submittal of the report required by section 6(a). Upon termination of the Select Committee, the records of the Select Committee shall become the records of any committee designated by the majority leader of the Senate with the concurrence of the minority leader of the Senate.
