Not later than 180 days after the appointment of members to the Select Committee, the Select Committee shall submit to the Senate and the President a final report on the results of the investigations and studies conducted pursuant to this Resolution, together with any recommendations for Congress and the President based on the investigation and findings of the Select Committee. The Select Committee may submit to the Senate such interim reports as the Select Committee considers appropriate. Each report submitted under this section shall be submitted in unclassified form to the greatest extent possible, and may include a classified annex if necessary.
