Section 411(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3032(a) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(13)as paragraph (14); in paragraph (12), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; and by inserting after paragraph
(12)the following: supporting programs that enable the mobility and self-sufficiency of older individuals with the greatest economic need and older individuals with the greatest social need by providing transportation services and resources; and .
