Section 306 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3026 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by inserting older individuals who are Holocaust survivors, after proficiency, each place it appears; in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (i)(I)(bb), by inserting older individuals who are Holocaust survivors, after proficiency, ; and in clause (ii), by inserting older individuals who are Holocaust survivors, after proficiency, each place it appears; in subparagraph (B)(i)— in subclause (VI), by striking and at the end; and by inserting after subclause
