Section 704 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058c ) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting or grants after allotments . Section 705(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3058d(a) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting or grant after allotment ; and in paragraph (4), by striking enactment of this subtitle and inserting enactment of the chapter .
